Piano wire (SWP)
Piano wires are made of anodized rods, which are chemically uniform, segregated, impurity elements, non-metallic inclusions, and high-purity raw materials that are electrically dissolved in order to contain less.
Hard wire (SWC)
Compared to the piano wire, it contains a small amount of water, and in addition to the nonmetallic inclusions and the gas, there are many decarburization and flaws, and the quality is not as good as the piano wire. However, low stress, good rotational speed, low amplitude, etc. are common in SPRING.
Oil Tempered Wire (OT)
The oil tempered wire is endowed with mechanical properties determined by quenching and tempering in the final process, so high strength and strong toughness can be obtained, and it is used for valve springs such as high stress. Oil tempered wire is less affected by low temperature loosening than piano wire and span wire.
Stainless steel wire (SUS)
The purpose of SPRING is to be used for corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and non-magnetic. Mainly we use austenitic stainless steel wire (18-8). Like stainless steel wires and piano wires and span wires, mechanical properties change due to low temperature annealing, but they are not significant.
