The metal surface is difficult to bond with paint due to its crystal structure, and it is easily peeled off and rusted even with a slight external impact.
The chemical conversion treatment of metals uses adhesion chemically formulated to the metal surface (iron, zinc, aluminum, etc.) to change the surface of the metal into non-conductive inorganic salts, thereby maintaining the strong physical bond between the metal body and the paint to maintain adhesion. It reinforces and prevents the spread of corrosion in damaged areas of the coating and makes it resistant to material deformation and physical shocks.
