What is abrasive fluid processing?
Abrasive fluid processing is an effective method of surface treatment through the removal of burrs, hard surface smoke and corner smoke developed in the 1960s in the United States. Abrasive fluid processing is a process of surface treatment by sending a magazine made of a viscous polymeric abrasive material to or between the surface of the product according to the set pressure, temperature and flow velocity.

Abrasive flow processing uses a method of slowly flowing polymeric abrasive materials onto the surface and edges of the product, and into internal passages that are difficult to access in other ways, so that internal passages can be easily honed, dejected, or radihs.
