Principle of Hole between Dirty-Oil Tank and Clean-Oil Tank (Back-Flushing operation) Filtering (Creating clean oil) stops to clean sludge on the filter every 8 hours (3 minutes).
However, the abrasive continues to operate, allowing Dirty-Oil to flow into the filter equipment.
During this time (while back-flushing is stopped for 3 minutes) Dirty oil is replenished through the hole if the clean oil tank is insufficient, preventing the failure of the clean oil pump (which can burn if the floor is insufficient) and briefly entering the clean oil tank with abrasive equipment.
This is not always the case, and the Hole has been set up in Transor's own room as part of its emergency safety measures.
The water level of the Clean Oil Tank and Dirty Oil Tank is always balanced and operated during normal equipment conditions.
In addition, even if the oil is mixed and operated, it does not affect the life of the filter and maintains its normal life. |
