- PTFE coating is generally one-coat or two-coat type and forms a coating with primer and top-coat.
This product has the highest operating temperature in the fluororesin layer (290 ℃ / 550 ℉), continuous use temperature of 260 ℃ and low temperature of -268 ℃. In addition, the friction coefficient is extremely small and has excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. Products are divided into aqueous and oily products. The representative product group is TEFLON of DUPONT.
▣ P.F.A. (perfluoroalkoxy)

- Fluorine resin that combines the advantages of FEP and PTFE.
PFA coating forms non-porous film like FEP.
Continuous use temperature is 260 ℃, especially on the side where chemical resistance is required, there is a grade that can raise the film thickness up to 1300µm.
In particular, it has excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, and has higher wear resistance than PTFE or FEP.
- In general, the first primer coating should be done and the coating thickness can be about 120 ~ 205µm, and the maximum operating temperature is about 260 ℃.

FEP coating turns into a flowable material during sintering to form a porous film.
Very low coefficient of friction, excellent non-tackiness, good chemical and corrosion resistance.
Appropriate wear resistance, maximum operating temperature is 232 ℃, divided into aqueous and powder products.
