1) Pre-treatment

To improve the adhesion of draught before electroplating, it consists of an electrolyte cleaning process for decontamination of the surface of Strip and acid cleaning process for removing the oxide film.

2) Electroplating

3) Post-processing

By transferring zinc ion to the surface of the Strip, it is composed of main facilities of CAROSEL Type, Terne, and Horizontal facilities, and double-sided plating, deviation plating, and double-layer plating are performed.

1) Pure Zn

Cr processing according to the purpose of use, having the most general characteristics among electroplated products. Conducting phosphate treatment lamps with thin coatings compared to GI and GA ash has the same material and machining properties as CR materials, excellent externality, paintability, and weldability

- Inner door steel plate: To improve corrosion resistance and ensure contamination (internal door) apply Cr and inner gate resin on the Pure Zn plated layer (Panel of household appliances such as Computer Case, Cassette Deck, etc.

- Lubrication steel plate: It is possible to process without pressure oil by applying Wax to lubricating resin (applying pressure oil and exfoliating process can be omitted after processing. Used in deep processing parts such as motor cover and Clutch Housing)

2) Zn-Ni

Depending on S manufacturing method and final application, it is divided into general use, machining, cardiac processing, TRIP type high-power steel. It is mainly used in the production of the car's seat rail lever, parking brake, processing center floor, heart processing Fender, Hood, etc., and trip type high-power steel is used as a door or bumper.
