Product overview
Inha Electric's ring blower is an optimal device to transfer large volumes of air, gas and steam at low pressure.
The product typically consists of a high performance totally enclosed (TEFC) motor, an impeller made of precision cast aluminum, and a casing made of cast aluminum or cast iron, depending on the model. We manufacture using casting and advanced machine tools.
Simple direct drive system with compact product appearance and small size allows installation in tight spaces.
Low power consumption, low maintenance, low oil pollution, and uninterrupted blowing make it the most efficient solution for suction or discharge functions.
How it Works
The ring blower introduces air or other gas into the main body by the toothed blade of the impeller passing through the intake port.
As the impeller rotates, the gas trapped between each tooth is pushed outward by the centrifugal force and simultaneously in the direction of rotation of the impeller. The compressed gas between the casing and the impeller blades arrives at the outlet and is discharged out of the body.
