Large capacity compressed air system requiring low dew point below -60 ℃ (28 ~ 800㎥ / MIN)

Combining refrigeration dryer and adsorption dryer in one system can drastically reduce operating cost compared to the operation of adsorption dryer alone, and the investment cost can be recovered in a short time.

Advantage Energy Savings

Power costs can be reduced by allowing the refrigeration dryer to perform 7/8 of the work, which is not expensive to operate. This is possible because the adsorption dryer accepts cooler and dry air, minimizing the size of the bed and the energy required for bed regeneration.

More savings are possible when operating at high temperatures or low pressures with high moisture content.

For further savings, the desiccant dryer can be passed through during periods of warm weather.

Refrigeration dryers use refrigerant bypass valves and refrigerant compressors UNLOADER for large units.

The adsorption dryer consists of a tower, heater, and purge pipe that is completely insulated to stop the heater and prevent heat loss as the adsorbent bed is regenerated.

Designed to produce less pressure drop across the entire system.


Performance

Constant outlet temperature and dew point: Complete cooling during regeneration eliminates SPIKES during tower replacement.

Sun cushion: When the ambient dew point is lower than the design conditions, the outlet pressure dew point is also lowered.

In units with an oil removal filter, the filter is mounted at the lowest temperature to increase efficiency.


Lower maintenance costs

Low regeneration temperatures and long cycle times mean long adsorbent life. Typically, lifespan is three to five years.

Adsorbent replacement costs are minimized because the bed size is typically 1/3 of that of a stand alone adsorption dryer.

For further savings, the desiccant dryer can be passed through during periods of warm weather.

Long cycle times reduce valve wear.

Bypassing the desiccant dryer during warm weather allows regular maintenance without interrupting the air supply.


Space saving

Large models are available in two self-supporting stand-alone assemblies.

On one support, a refrigeration dryer and oil removal filter (if supplied) are placed on the other pedestal and a blower knowledge adsorption dryer and after filter.

Two elements make better use of space than one large unit.

You can drop two elements. That is, one element can be installed on the floor and the other on a higher place.

The pedestal is fully assembled and includes a 3-WAY BY-PASS valve to allow operation only with the frozen drier.
