Vehicle Electronics Function_Error Eraser System
System Overview
The system forcibly removes all error codes, such as ineligible errors caused by illogical processes or lamp lighting during assembly, to eliminate additional errors and problems that may arise from errors on the system check, the last stage of EOL. It is a facility to improve the passing rate of inspection line by preventing it.
Each unit mentioned in the error clearer is converted to diagnostic mode for DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) removal, which causes the error clearer system to request the DTC of each unit and removes the DTC code. Work is progressed while communicating with ACU, HCU and ALDL.

Correction procedure
1) + Partial touch recognition in worker camera image
2) Calculation of difference between recognition target and normal shape
3) Automatic correction of distorted images (90 seconds)
4) Visual inspection of the calibration result
Vehicle Electronics Function_BSD Calibration Machine
System Overview
The BSD (Blind Spot Detection) correction system detects vehicles in the rear and side view blind spots and vehicles approaching rear and side at high speed with rear radar and alerts the driver by various means such as sight, hearing and tactile sensation. This system judges whether the advanced safety devices are calibrated and operated to help prevent accidents.
-System appearance
-Test method
The vehicle position on the same line as the ultrasonic sensor and the position X, Y, Z direction in the interior to move to the rear with a Doppler device on the rear Generator set position vehicle bumper.
Ultrasonic sensor is activated to check BSD equipment setting by the amount of frequency reflected from Doppler Generator.
-Detection item
Determine the phase and angle of the object
Determining whether BSD is properly installed and working
◎ Vehicle Electronics Function_LDWS Check Machine
System Overview
L DWS (Lane Departure Warning System) Check Machine is to determine whether the vehicle is detected under the same conditions as the field condition and to check if the correct calibration has been made.
LDWS is a system that warns the driver when the driver leaves the lane while driving and detects the lane by installing a camera on the upper part of the windshield glass of the vehicle and receives the turn signal, emergency warning light, vehicle speed, wiper operation signal, etc. It is a system to judge carelessness and drowsy driving
-System appearance
LDWS calibration
As the calibration target rotates, it communicates with the LDWS camera and the camera recognizes the calibration target and calibrate.
LDWS inspection
The inspection target descends to the Z axis, moves to the test position and moves to the right, and as soon as the camera moves, the camera transmits the information that the lane has been departed to the vehicle ECU. After checking the vehicle deviation detection degree, the LDWS target moves to the home position and returns to its home position.
Vehicle Electronics Function_SCC Calibration System
System Overview
When the radar mounted at the front of the vehicle detects the preceding vehicle while driving, and falls within the distance control range set by the driver, the driver can safely decelerate the safety distance from the preceding vehicle by controlling the engine and the brake even if the driver does not press the brake pedal. It is a system to calibrate the SCC equipment to maintain the reference value through the target board.
-System appearance
-Test method
After the SCC target board in front of the vehicle has risen to the initial set position, the SCC radar sensor on the front of the vehicle recognizes the Comer Reflector and checks the tolerance caused when the vehicle is assembled.
