1. OPERATION Name
① POWER LED-Green LED lights when input power is ON.
② RUN LED-Green LED turns on when RUN is turned on in TB S1, S2.
③ AUTO LED-If you select AUTO, the green LED is turned on.
④ MAN LED-If you select MAN, the green LED is on.
⑤ TEMP.LED-Output is cut off and red LED is turned on when heat sink temperature inside unit is over 70 ℃.
⑥ FUSE LED = Red LED turns on when FUSE is broken or NFB is defective. (Display R.S.T FUSE in PCB)
⑦ CURRENT LED-If over current flows, the output is cut off and red LED is turned on to protect SCR.
⑧ HEATER LED-Red LED turns on when heater is disconnected or unbalanced. (60% load unbalance)
⑨ OUTPUT (%) = Display output amount 0 ~ 100% (when adjusting: VR4)
S AUTO S / W-Current Input Signal (4-20mA)
S MAN S / W-ON, OFF (HIGH, LOW) Signal
⑫ RESET BUTTON-BUTTON which resets manually when CURRENT LED is ON
⑬ OVER CUR. SET (OVER CURRENT SET)-OVER CUR. Set the SET.
⑭ GRADIENT SET-If the load capacity is too big, the output voltage can be changed from 0 to 100% with the proper voltage.
