▣ DNA ladder
The linear-scale DNA ladder is designed to show nearly uniform spacing over a wide range of fragments.
They are supplied in immediate loading form containing tracer dyes.
The concentration of DNA fragments in agarose gels generated by ladder sizing and PCR or restriction digest can be estimated.
1 KB is a bromophenol blue dye containing a DNA marker of immediate load molecular weight, pre-mixed with a fast load tracking dye to extend the DNA ladder.
The DNA ladder consists of a digested unique plasmid and a DNA molecule complete with appropriate enzymes to obtain a band 13 suitable for use as agarose gel electrophoretic molecular weight basis. Digested DNA contains fragments ranging from 0.5 to 48.5 kilobytes. 3 KB pieces increased strength to serve as a reference band.
Plasmids and PCR digested by restriction enzymes are used for the preparation of DNA fragments for our ladders / markers.
These products are stable upon prolonged incubation at room temperature multiple freeze thaw cycles.
We also provide very pure DNA fragments free of any cleavage or degradation molecules.

Purified water with RO, CDI, 18 Ohm, 0.2 micron filtration, UV, abrasive sterilization and 0.001% DEPC overnight treatment. To ensure DEPC decomposition and evaporation, the water is sterilized directly in a double polycarbonate bottle for dispensing.
Each lot is analyzed for clease activity.
